Village Board

The Village Board meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 PM in the Board Room at the
Combined Locks Civic Center (405 Wallace Street).  Board members are elected to two-year terms.


John Neumeier, Village President (920 788-2100)

  • John has been serving the residents of Combined Locks since April 1993.
  • He has been Village President since 2003. 
  • His current term expires in April 2027.

 

Justin Krueger, Village Trustee

  • Justin Krueger was elected to serve the residents of Combined Locks in April 2025.
  • His current term expires April 2027.

 

Allan Leicht, Village Trustee

  •  Al Leicht was appointed to fill a vacant seat in 2024 and was re-elected to serve the residents of Combined Locks in 2025. 
  • His current term expires April 2026.

Jim Ponto, Village Trustee

  • Jim Ponto was appointed to fill a vacant seat in 2021 and was re-elected in 2022.
  • His current term expires in 2026.

Brad Schinke, Village Trustee

  • Brad Schinke has been serving the residents of Combined Locks since April 2019. 
  • His current term expires April 2027.

Tim Stutzman, Village Trustee

  • Tim Stutzman has been serving the residents of Combined Locks since April 2018.   
  • His current term expires April 2026.

RJ Talbot, Village Trustee

  •  RJ Talbot was elected to serve the residents of Combined Locks in April 2025.
  • His current term expires April 2027.
