Yard Waste Site Closed for 2024

Will re-open in April of 2025

Annual permits must be purchased at the Clerk’s Office located in the Civic Center at 405 Wallace Street.

The Yard Waste Site is on the west side of Park Street just a short distance south of the Public Works Building.  The yard waste site is open daily from 7:00am to 7:00pm through November 30th (weather permitting). 
Waste oil can be dropped off year-round.

Combined Locks Residents WITH A PERMIT may drop off twigs, grass clippings, shrub prunings, garden vegetation, and small amounts of brush shorter than 4′ in length and less than 1 inch in diameter.   Root balls and sod are not permitted at the yard waste site.  Residents must place larger brush curbside, do not bring it to the yard waste site.
